PROJECT H20

Since we started PROJECT H20 we have supplied 121 gallons to community members. We’ve saved 1,815 Naira for 11 families, all in less than a month (an amount that can deliver another 52 gallons more to five different families at 10 gallons for each family). At every house and on the face of every parent is awe and thanksgiving. They are always saying “Thank You. God bless you”.
For the first time in their lifetime, some people are witnessing something different from Jenta. Hope is rising. People are beginning to believe that something can be done and something will be done. We are reviving lost dreams and kindling new visions.
Our aspiration is that one day Jenta Reads will find a water system that will provide water for the entire community, maybe a borehole or a water purification system that will function like a water board. With water, life can be better and faster.
We are conscious that this is a very little effort when compared to what is needed but we are also conscious that it is little efforts that really make the difference.
The smiles on people’s face, the ecstasy with which we execute supplies, the discussions as we supply demands and the hope for the future is enough satisfaction for all of us at Jenta Reads Community Initiative.
We remain committed to the best possible future.

I have always thought of being philanthropic at a very early stage of my life, to begin such acts before I get self sustained. But overtime I've been saddled with the believe that without money no such thing can be done and so I've being on the "rest" state till when my pockets grow heavy.
with this awesome story told, I also now believe something big could be done with what seems very little.
well done Mr. Lengdung and Bravo to your team.
